Ken was a true professional from start to finish. The walk-through afterwards was a definite plus - we could see first hand (with a tour guide!) what needed tending to. After Ken's inspection, we could rest easy with our decision to buy. Carrie Ell, Langley We appreciated Ken's clear and concise reporting, which we received immediately after the inspection. With a decision this big, his honesty was appreciated.

The Inspection... We usually start on the exterior by examining the roof, roof penetrations and various components around the perimeter of the home, including the grounds. The major systems within the home are examined, such as structure, electrical, plumbing, heating and air conditioning systems. Also inspected are the basement and or crawl space, plus accessible attic spaces. We check the plumbing fixtures, test electrical switches and receptacles, operate windows and doors, and look under sinks and in closets. We do not operate shut off valves for natural/propane gas or water systems. A hand written and verbal report is given to the client upon completion of the inspection. The inspection time, from 2.5 to 5 hours, is dependant upon size and complexity of the home. Hundreds of building components are covered in each inspection, giving our clients the confidence necessary to make an informed decision. Inspection rates...
